While traveling for business this week I had the opportunity to dine in Winchester at the Texas Steakhouse and Saloon.  To my surprise, instead of being hosted by your typical waitress, I had the privilege of ordering from a genuine “Steakologist”!  That is taking specialization to the next level.  Check out this chain’s corporate website.  The meal was actually quite good.
